This year in July The Cyber Security Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT China) conducted inquiries into a number of companies involved in the security of network data and user personal information. In August the MIIT China launched the network Security inspection of the telecommunications and Internet Industry. Last Month, the MIIT China issued a document regarding on “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the recommendation work for pilot projects for the application of cyber security technology”.
 
Those measures has indicated the commitment of MIIT China to thoroughly implement the "Network Security Law", accelerate the construction of network powers and manufacturing powers, promote the collaborative innovation and application deployment of advanced technologies for network security, promote network security best practices, and improve the development level of network security industry.
