Dear Members,
We are delighted to announce the publication of The Globe, our Annual Review, for 2020, which can be found by clicking here. We would also be pleased to send you a physical copy, for which please click here.
With all the current news you may be reading presently, we hope that you enjoy reading the stories of the wonderful experiences we had at the RGS during the last year.
Though challenging times, we were able to host 103 events, including a wide assortment of talks and field trips by distinguished guests, from academics to adventurers, photographers to authors. These include talks given by Guest of Honour at the Annual Dinner Benedict Allen, historian William Dalrymple and explorer Adrian Hayes, covering a range of topics from expeditions in Antarctica to Brexit, climate change and many others.
Thank you for your support during the past year and attending our events.
While the new year is challenging for our Society and everyone else, thank you for continuing to support us and look forward to seeing you at future events.
