Your trainers

 Ailing Wang is a trainer with Explorer3 Life. Her passion in life is to develop and help people achieve peak performance and to ultimately live their dreams. A very energetic and passionate trainer, Ailing specializes in presentation and communications training, Chinese cultural training and public speaking coaching. After successfully applying NLP skills in her own life and achieving fabulous outcomes, she’s now using these skills in her training and coaching to help her clients. She’s perfectly bilingual and is capable of delivering courses in both Chinese and English. Ailing is an extremely talented public speaker and is the current national public speaking champion having won the 2006 Toastmasters International China championships.

 Gabor Holch is a consultant specialized in business communication, cross-cultural cooperation and institutional development. Gabor has worked as a consultant, trainer, diplomat and researcher in several countries for the last 15 years. Having lived in-and-out of his native Hungary since the age of four, he has eagerly learned the ways people interact, solve problems, work and live in 3 continents. Since 2002, he has lived and worked in China, advising multinational and Chinese companies, public institutions and universities here and abroad. Gabor is General Manager of Shanghai Campanile Business Consulting, a university lecturer and the author of various publications on business, politics and current events.
