The 16th World Congress of Anesthesiologist (WCA) was brought to Hong Kong, taken place at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center in August - September. It was a premium event that provided a scientific and networking platform covering all areas of anesthesiology. Its success was highlighted by the global audience profile. More than 6,000 delegates from over 134 countries attended the international event this year.
The three divisions of GLHK had fully supported the event. One of highlight for the audio-visual team was the hanging curved 3.1mm LED wall of size 11mW x 2mH for Masimo booth while the furniture team furnished with more than 1,100 items for the show. French Touch was appointed as the official contractor for WCA. During the 6-days event, more than 140 hosts and hostesses were arranged to handle the registration, the information desk and the speakers' session. Our teams were onsite to follow up closely with the client's request. A professional supervison on the service quality was also a must to guarantee that each and every detail met up with the international standard, an excellence that GLHK is always commited to in our projects.
