“WE UNITE for a BETTER WORLD” is flagship project of JCIHK to arouse public concern on the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UNMDG). This year, the opening cum art exhibition “Living in Harmony with Nature” will be launched during the period of ASPAC in 7 -10 June 2012.

 

Apart from showcase of the UNMDG projects hosted by local chapters, the exhibition features the works by a famous Chinese Ink Painting Artist. Mr. Wang Guan Qing (汪觀清). His work was exhibited in the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China. In this exhibition, his paintings present harmony, the element of the better world, through nature landscape, animals, and people. Meanwhile the children drawings from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan are showcased to promote world peace.
