Managers in Hong Kong are facing problem of losing experienced staff, while they find it hard to develop new talents for replacement. The aging working population, global war of talent (especially in China), and changing needs of younger generation staff are all among the impending factors that put organizations in Hong Kong at risk. On the other hand, Hong Kong corporations in general do not have Talent Management and Succession Planning practices in place to cope with the sustaining talent shortage. And yet, it is never too late to unfold the problem.
