Lecturer: Mr. Victor Tsang, MBA, MEng
Mr. Victor Tsang is a Partner of HMI Consulting Limited. He is a seasoned management consultant in business and HR/Talent strategies, yet a serial entrepreneur experienced in managing and growing start-ups. Mr. Tsang has vast exposure in strategic planning, finance, sales/marketing, operations, and IT/HR management, and is experienced in writing and giving advices on business plans. One company he founded was an innovative IT consulting firm adopting a creative IT management service model. The company was eventually acquired by a HK listed company in 2005. Mr. Tsang also founded an innovative designer product company that the design strategy and products had gained international recognitions. Back in the US, Mr. Tsang was a consultant helping companies from a broad range of industries in Asia, including semiconductor, electronics, garment and etc., to improve supply chain and process efficiency.
