To guarantee their viability and ability to contribute in today’s organizations, HR managers need to think of themselves and reposition their roles as strategic partners, in which the HR practitioner contributes to the development of and the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives. 朱浩雲先生,睿策顧問有限公司首席顧問,香港大學潘錦溪商業研究學院及浸會大學的客席顧問以及香港理工大學人力資源管理科目客席講師,過去曾於華信惠悅顧問有限公司 (Watson Wyatt Hong Kong Limited) 擔任研調經理一職,專責香港薪酬及福利的調查業務,亦曾是香港生產力促進局的資深管理顧問以及美國一生產集團的改革顧問。朱先生就有關策略性人力資源管理、平衡計分卡、績效評核、員工培訓及發展機制、崗位分析及評估、薪酬架構及福利設計、業務流程改善以及全面優質管理等顧問項目擁有豐富經驗,過往曾為美國、香港、國內及台灣不同類型的知名機構提供顧問及培訓服務,其客户包括政府部門、政府資助機構、公用事業、跨國公司以及上市公司等。

Mr. Wilson Chu, Partner & Principal Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited, Associate of Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management and Visiting Lecturer of SPEED of Polytechnic University on Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Human Resource Management. He was the Survey Manager (in Compensation & Benefits) of Watson Wyatt Hong Kong Limited and a senior management consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council. Mr. Chu has extensive consulting and training experience.
