Lecturer: Mr. Victor Tsang
Mr. Tsang is a seasoned management consultant in HR / Talent Management Strategy, yet a serial entrepreneur experienced in managing and growing start-ups. He was a consultant in an US-based consulting firm, and had helped companies from a broad range of industries in Asia, including semiconductor, electronics, garment and etc, to improve process efficiency. In Hong Kong, Mr. Tsang co-founded an innovative IT consulting firm adopting an innovative IT management service model. The company was eventually acquired by a HK listed company in 2005. Mr. Tsang also founded an innovative designer product company that the design strategies and products had gained international recognitions.
