We have Q4 at hand, so it’s time to plan for 2016. Four years ago, PayPal forecasted mobile commerce market is poised to reach HKD17.8 billion (USD2.2 billion) in 2015, stated in PayPal Online and Mobile Shopping Insights. Google conjointly showed figures proving Hong Kong has a high mobile penetration rate amongst Asia. Still, however, lots of merchants neglected the business opportunities behind these figures and missed the right time to grab a market share, finally ended up as a blind follower of technology trends.

Personalized Offer – Which works better, “All Items 20% Off” or “Worldwide Free Shipping”? Does the website “Recommendation” reflect personal interest? It’s obvious that each of us desired different offers and product information which make A/B testing and true personalization the best way to figure how to increase sales value, frequency and recency.
