Staff can be notified immediately of any problems, and hotel owners and GMs have access to our Dashboard with up-to-the-minute information about how satisfied your guests are and what needs to be improved.

Tablets can be personalized with the name of your guest (collected from your PMS) and can be branded with your hotel name and logo, along with content such as an offer to enroll in your rewards program.
