The major purpose was to demonstrate the lab facilities and system to the public who were invited to join the guided lab tour. Besides, sharing section by Chemlab HK and guest speaker regarding the quality issue of food safety was taken place. The topics were
(i) Microorganisms and biological hazards in food
(ii) Introduction of Microbiological Laboratories
The Open Day provided an enjoyable experience in Lab Tour, also the useful information in sharing section. Comments from the guests, the topics would be interested in ranked as followed:
