We are pleased to inform you that Chemical Laboratory (HK) Pte Ltd. (CHEMLAB HK) is now offering a broader range of services, from training to consulting and auditing as well as the original food testing package.
Chemlab offers three distinct training programs:
A) Private training (In-house Training)
Our training program designed by highly qualified professionals includes a comprehensive overview of the HACCP qualification and the ISO 22000 certification for caterers and manufacturers alike. 

Our curriculum may include:
HACCP and ISO 22000 concepts and notes
Implementing the HACCP and the ISO 22000
GHP/GMP/GWP/7-S practices
Awareness of purchasing and inventory control
Food process management in catering and manufacturing

B 1) CIEH Level 2 Certification of Food Safety
Taught by Dr. Bobby SHUM, CIEH Charter Trainer (please see below for biography)
This workshop lasts for one day and is perfect for aspiring professionals who wish to further their career. 

The curriculum includes tutorials in:
Microbiology and the Causes of Food Poisoning 
Personal, Environmental and Food Hygiene
Food Central Processing Operations Unit (CPU)
Prevention of Cross-Contamination
Improving Public Health Environmental Conditions
Time and Temperature Control 
Food Safety Laws and Ordinances in China, Macao, Taiwan and Hong Kong
Case Discussion

Towards the end of the workshop will be a half-hour multiple choice examination. Candidates who pass this examination successfully, will be awarded with the CIEH level 2 certification in food safety. 

B 2) CIEH Level 3 Certification of HACCP in Catering
Taught by Dr. Bobby SHUM, CIEH Charter Trainer (please see below for biography)
Geared towards manufacturing professionals, this advanced course lasts for two and a half days. As with the Level 2 certification, candidates who pass the examination successfully, will be awarded with the CIEH level 3 certification in Food Manufacturing Business. 

C) Consultations and Auditing 
  • Open new catering business 
  • Open new food manufacturing business 
  • Creation of Business Opportunities - Trends
  • Problem solving for Production Quality Assurance issues
  • Pre-assignment Auditing 
  • Vendor Auditing 
  • Regulates sites Audit (e.g: Monthly, Quarterly or Semi-annually and Annually)
Course instructors
Dr. Bobby SHUM is specialist in food safety and quality assurance in catering and manufacturing. His extensive experience in Catering Operation and two decades of experience at Cathay Pacific Catering Services as manager of various departments (e.g, Production and Training, Food Processing and Quality Control, Warehouse Logistics, etc.) has given him a wealth of resources; and knowledge to work from. Additionally, since 2010, Dr. Bobby Shum is MCIEH, a Voting Member of CIEH. Also, participate as a senior food safety consultant in multi-national companies show his expertise in the field. 

Dr. Bobby SHUM has a PhD from The International University, Missouri, USA in Educational Management and a Master degree at the University of Technology, Sydney in Adult Training & Human Resources Management. He has also received Postgraduate MBA at Oxford Brookes University London in Hospitality Management and as well as various professional qualifications from the City and Guilds of London Institute in Internal Verifier, External Verifier, Inspector, Trainer and Assessor.

Consulting and auditing
CHEMLAB HK is also pleased to announce our consulting and auditing services to help you with catering, pre-assignment and site regulation auditing. 
If you so desire, we may be able to arrange visits abroad to Macau, Asia, Europe or North America for our overseas clients on demand.

課程完結前,所有參與人士必須經過為時半小時,選擇題形式的考核。能夠順利通過考試的參加者會獲得由CIEH頒發的食品安全二級證書。
 
B2)CIEH 食品安全三級證書  (英國環境衛生協會)
資深導師:岑建波博士 
此進階課程為餐飲及食物生產的專業人士而設,為時兩天半。課程形式與CIEH 食品安全二級證書相近,能夠順利通過考核的參加者會獲得由CIEH頒發的食品安全三級證書。  (英國環境衛生協會)

導師簡歷: 

岑建波博士是一位資深的食物安全專家。擁有多年經驗於餐飲業, 包括超過二十年經驗於國泰航空飲食服務公司擔任食品製造、培訓、食物加工、品質控制以及倉庫管理的部門經理。自2010年,岑建波博士於CIEH (英國環境衛生協會)擔任為MCIEH (遴選會員) 。現亦於各跨國企業擔任高級食品安全顧問。 

岑建波博士在國際密蘇里大學(美國)獲得了教學管理博士學位,從悉尼科技大學獲得了培訓與人力資源管理碩士學位,也從牛津布魯克斯大學(倫敦)獲得了MBA學位。
