ULI is pleased to invite you to a presentation and cocktail with ULI Trustee Jonathan Rose, President and Founder of Jonathan Rose Companies LLC, to be held on Thursday 24 March at 6:00pm at Club Lusitano in Hong Kong.
Mr. Rose will discuss the company’s pioneering work in city planning, real estate development, consulting and green investing. He will discuss key global trends effecting our cities and how green buildings, cities and regions as critical elements of the environmental, social and economic solutions. Mr. Rose will also discuss the economic advantages of green and socially responsible real estate investment strategies. |

Mr. Frank McGoldrick, Managing Director – Asia, Aedas from Hong Kong, Mr. Richard Liu of Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Ms. Chenxi Bai, Director, China Sustainability Center, AECOM from Beijing will be the response panelists. Frank, Richard and Chenxi will focus on how the issues of sustainable development and responsible property investment are being addressed in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
