July 8, 2013, EU issued the eco-design regulations (EU) No 666/2013(EU) of vacuum cleaner in the Official Gazette. This is an implementing rules under ErP directive (2009/125/EC) of vacuum cleaner for CE Certification, provides the energy performance, cleaning performance (carpet and hard floor), dust release, noise, the hose and motor durability and information requirements of household and commercial vacuum cleaner. The rules will be enforced on September 1, 2014. According to ErP Framework Directive 2009/125/EC and European CE marking, vacuum cleaner does not meet with the new eco-design requirements of 666/2013(EU) regulations will be withdrawn from the EU market.
2013年7月8日，欧盟在其官方公报上发布了有关真空吸尘器生态设计要求的实施条例(EU) No 666/2013。该条例是ErP指令(2009/125/EC)下的针对真空吸尘器CE认证的实施措施，规定了家用和商用真空吸尘器的能源性能、清洁性能(地毯和硬地板)、灰尘再释放、噪声、软管和电机的耐用性以及信息要求。此规章将于2014年9月1日强制实施。根据欧盟CE认证的ErP框架指令2009/125/EC，不符合这些生态设计要求的真空吸尘器将不允许在欧盟市场投放。
Vacuum cleaner energy label licensing regulations (EU) No 665/2013 is also implemented, which means that the vacuum cleaner shall compliance with both (EU) No 666/2013 and ErP directive 2009/125/EC requirements for affixing CE mark. There’s only one year before regulations enforced. As European Union is one of main export area, new regulations will impact cleaner export from China.
