The Print Management Solutions which are available in the market only enable users to change the print setting information on a computer. When users go to the printer and find the print information set in error, they can only go back to the computer to re-set, which makes the print process cumbersome. In the traditional printing, the wrong print job has been output automatically before users find the wrong setting, thus wasting more print resources.

MRM has the unique feature that users can directly view and change print setting information (such as number of copies, print color, single side or double sides etc.) on MFP after they send documents to MFP, so print jobs will become easier and print resources will be rationally used by users.
