**Project Manager (Based in HK)**
Duties:
- Manage the overall direction, planning, implementation, control and completion of specific banking projects;
- Manage the tasks timeline;
- Coordinate with different project teams and customers;
- Manage project change management;
- Define clients' requirements, both functional and qualitative level.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Computing or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of development experience, preferable in banking systems;
- Good depth and breadth of knowledge of the wealth management or financial industry;
- Ability to determine set and work within budget and resource constraints;
- Proven ability to motivate and nurture team members through training, empowerment, role-modeling and coaching;
- Experience in developing and writing project management documentation;
- Be customer-focused and able to coordinate between disparate groups;
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skills;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
**Analyst Programmer (Based in HK)**
Duties:
- Meet with users to analyze and review system requirements;
- Responsible for development, testing, deployment, installation and maintenance;
- Provide effective training and user support to users;
- Prepare system and user documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year solid working experience in Java or .NET, MS SQL, SSIS, Oracle database;
- Project experience in banking systems is an advantage;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure;
- Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
**QA Engineer (Based in HK)**
Duties:
- Review the Requirements Specifications from users to understand the system and identify testing requirements;
- Develop the test cases based on the Requirements;
- Execute the tests and maintain proper documentations;
- Analyze results and work with IT developers to fix bugs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT related discipline;
- Minimum 2 year solid development / test experience;
- Familiar with common test methods, database and network knowledge;
- Project experience in banking systems is an advantage;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure;
- Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
