Love Concert
|

The Love Concert, in association with the Love Feast, was organised by the Rev. Ronnie McCraken of the Northern Ireland Volunteers and Leviticus Russia. The aim of the activities was to provide an opportunity for local residents to enjoy world-class musical and dance performance together with a dinner cooked by a team of volunteer chefs flown specially from Northern Ireland. HKIHA was honored to be invited to share the beautiful Hawaiian dance and the Aloha spirit with hundreds of spectators at the Tsim Sha Tsui Kai Fong Association Hall on 9 January at this meaningful event. |
Happy New Year of the Rabbit
|

People born in the Year of the Rabbit are articulate, talented, and ambitious. They are virtuous, reserved, and have excellent taste. Rabbit people are admired, trusted, and are often financially successful. Rabbit people seldom lose their temper. They are clever at business and being conscientious, never back out of a contract.
Members of HKIHA celebrated the arrival of the Year of the Rabbit in a carnival event organized with the Wan Chai District Council in Hong Kong on 30 January, 2011.

Discover Hawaii over Victoria Harbor
|

Guests at the American Town Club, Hong Kong, were treated to a sumptuous Hawaiian style buffet helped put together by the Hong Kong International Hula Association and hosted by the Capital Asia Group Limited. The 49th floor and the Terrace, with fantastic views across Victoria Harbor, was transformed into a clubhouse filled with Aloha spirit and Hawaiian décor. Our Vice-President, Eva, was invited as a guest of honor to present prizes to winners of the lucky draw.
If your company wishes to delight your guests with a Hawaiian style party and needs some ideas, please call HKIHA at 66020201 to arrange for a free consultation with a Hawaiian Destination Specialist. |
