Game Design Workshop For Team Cohesion

Designed for Staff members responsible for Human Resources Development, Owners of small and medium size enterprises who would like to boost staff and team morale, Team leaders who need to provide group orientations for new and existing staff.

Training Objectives
· To provide a platform for program organizers to use their creativity in designing non-lecture style, fun-filled, mind enlightening activities for building team cohesion.
· To provide design theories that help to meet team, department or company objectives and thus achieving intended outcome.
· To give trainees an opportunity to share creativity; test out each others’ designed activity and learn to give effective debriefing that leads to learning for practical use in the workplace.
Workshop Outline
1. Analysis of effective game designs in understanding design theories used
2. Group work in designing games with specific objectives
3. Test out of designed games
4. Group feedback on debriefing performance of trainees
5. Evaluation on effectiveness of the game designed.
¹ 講師 – 霍佩瑩小姐 (Catherine Fok)
霍小姐具備超過十五年的行政管理及培訓經驗，尤其專長於設計前期及後期之企業培訓路線圖。她更擅長於有效的溝通技巧、人際關係、顧客服務、行政管理人員的團隊精神和領導才能等訓練。豐富的經驗令她對學員的學習需要及工作上遇到的困難更能特別體會，因而設計出有效的模擬學習、訂造個案及角色扮演，生動及富趣味性的教法使學員有嶄新的體會，藉以改變他們的思想及行為模式。企業客戶包括新鴻基地產、法國國家巴黎銀行、宏利保險、御本木珠寶、Neway卡拉OK、新興集團和香港華人會計師公會，其中更為特區政府公務員培訓處服務了十年。
