Dear Dr. [CUSTOMFIELD1],
Does your current work require the generation of custom monoclonal antibodies? If so, we would be glad to perform this tedious and time-consuming task on your behalf.
We understand that people may designed/ordered one or two antigens for antibodies production, after 5-7 months of passionately waiting and testing, none of them really works well. They may have to wait another half a year for another shot, with finger crossed. We are very confident that our multiple antigens library strategy can greatly change this frustration.
Our idea is very straight-forward, we normally use a number of antigens (as many as 20 protein fragments and/or peptides) instead of just one or two, the diverse antigens may cover all the best possible regions of the target protein for antibody production, thus almost maximize the successful rate of developing well-performing antibodies. This strategy is especially helpful for the “difficult” proteins like membrane proteins, nucleoprotein and high-end applications such as ChIP and flow cytometry.
Even better, these "antibody libraries" come at prices on par with regular custom antibody products with only a handful antibodies/antisera. The library starts from USD1799 for 4-9 mAbs. If you have a protein you want to target right now, simply reply this email with the sequence or accession number. We will provide a detailed project plan and quote in two business days.
