多功能全伺服丝印轮主要针对软管、瓶盖、膏霜罐、彩妆等产品而隆重推出，在32支印刷工装上配置四组印刷装置及相关配套的紫外线固化系统，配合成熟先进伺服硬件及软件控制系统，机器运行稳定，套色精准，调校方便快捷，为广大客户提供高质量印刷设备和服务。
Multifunctional Servo Screen Wheel is developed for printing soft tubes, caps and cosmetic packaging etc. It consists of 5 screen printing units and relative UV curing systems. It works with the servo systems and the specific motion control system. The new configurations will increase the machine’s stability, accuracy, and will be more user-friendly.

1. Highly accurate and servo-driven index system with own developed software.
2. Full servo control systems for printing units, loading/unloading sections.
3. Electronic step-less UV curing systems, and its relative exhaust systems with optimum temperature control.
4. Remote access into HMI & PLC from anywhere via internet network.
5. Additional auxiliary operations can be installed as an option: lacquering, hot-stamping, inspection etc.
6. Special cutting unit can be provided as per customer request, in order to increase the capacity. |
