This rigorous and exclusive certification provides cultural Practitioners with a solid foundation to support the development of cultural competence of self and others through theory and practical application. Through this certification process, Practitioners gain a high proficiency in the industry-leading cultural preference instrument Cultural Orientations Indicator® or COI®. 

The in-person certification lasts two full days, and is interactive and engaging. TMC’s learning process leverages adult learning methodologies, videos and exercises to ensure Practitioners are able to leverage their certification immediately in their own or organizational practice.

Certification includes one year license to the Cultural Navigator® learning platform.

After completing COA Level 1, Certified Practitioners will be able t
