关于演讲嘉宾 About the Facilitator

c.j. （黄常捷）老师是 美国培训与发展协会 (ASTD) 2009 年国际大会的特邀演讲嘉宾，也是ASTD国际大会有史以来唯一受邀演讲的中国大陆区咨询师。

在成为咨询、培训师之前，c.j.老师曾在中国及新加坡担任过培训总监，对培训计划的把握及绩效管理有着亲身体会。

更重要的是，c.j.老师对柯氏四级 (Kirkpatrick) 培训评估拥有独特见解，知道如何在国内特定情况下，以更少的资源巧妙使用。他也是在2009成为在中国大陆首次引进 Kirkpatrick 的主办人。
