The AmCham Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Center invites you to join us on
Wednesday, December 12 from 15:00-17:30 at the AmCham Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Center offices for the 2nd meeting of the Suzhou Human Resources Director Forum. We are pleased to have
C.J. Ng, Executive Director of Directions Management Consulting share on
how HR leaders can develop strategies to build a performance culture within their organizations. C.J’s presentation will include discussion on:

About the Suzhou Human Resources Director Forum:
The Suzhou Human Resources Director Forum is a platform for senior HR managers at American companies in Suzhou to network,
exchange business information and discuss pertinent business issues. The forum will provide in-depth discussions and updates on HR recruiting, trends, challenges, talent and people retention, job roles, career paths and other management issues. The forum will
be conducted primarily in Chinese and supported by the Chamber’s member HR directors.

About the Speaker
C.J. is an international sales, leadership and strategic thinking consultant who has helped international companies achieve
quantum improvements in sales profits in China and beyond. C.J. was the 1st Asian sales & leadership facilitator invited to speak at the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) International Convention. He has so far consulted for and trained staff
and managers of well-known companies such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Epson, Evonik, Carrier, and PwC, just to name a few.
C.J.
will be presenting high performance culture research findings which he and his team had conducted in China and USA in 2011.

黄常捷老师是美国培训与发展协会
(ASTD) 2009 年国际大会的特邀演讲嘉宾，也是ASTD国际大会有史以来唯一受邀演讲的亚洲销售、领导力及体验式培训咨询师。与此同时，许多知名跨国公司如：IBM、BMW、PwC、联合利华、爱普森、贺力士、空气化工、中国电信、德州仪器、中外运、TNT、开利空调、杰尼亚、施华诺世奇、罗氏制药、施贵宝、平安保险、香港贸发局等也颇受益于他的经验和知识。此次，黄常捷老师将把他和他的团队2011年在中美两国高效文化调查中的发现和大家一起分享和探讨。
