of our work. Everyday we need to
explain what we’ve been doing,
problems we’ve encountered, and
solutions we recommend to a wide
range of people.

But it can be really challenging
to explain things in a way
people understand. With
different backgrounds, cultures
and even personalities, finding
a way of explaining clearly to
everyone can seem almost
impossible.

systematic way we use to explain
anything to anyone in a way that
they will understand. And that
is what we will look at in this
salon.

In this session you will learn
how to adapt and structure your
explanations quickly to suit
anyone. We will look at a
template we can use to both
analyse our audience, and adapt
our message to any audience. You
can use this template in your
daily meetings, presentations,
reports and even emails.
