With an aim to further motivate HRs, many organizations spend a lot of money on their HR Business Partner (HRBP) programs to try to make HR business-partnering work more effectively. While most HRBPs are experienced HR professionals with in-depth knowledge about HR practices, the right caliber of HRBP requires strong business and professional acumen. Good judgment of people and business is essential – therefore, measuring business success, not HR metrics, will be key in determining the effectiveness of the HRBP.
Hence, this one-day experiential learning workshop combines business simulations with realities of getting things done through people. In addition to the ÖKONOMIKUS Simulation provided by Game Solution, participants will also be using the Belbin Team Role Profiling to understand how to optimize their team performance.
Through this full day session, participants will be able to:
- Better understand the entire firm/BU, and how one department's decision can affect operation of others
- Better interpret the behavior tendency during different team interaction, and know how to coordinate tasks and goals effectively
- Communicate with team members clearly, and conduct effective cross-department coordination to achieve team goals
