Judy SHI 施佳蕾
Currently a HRBP and
hiring manager with
Saint-Gobain
Abrasives China,
Judy is also
responsible for the
human resources
related projects in
China and serves as
an internal trainer.
In the field of
human resources,
Judy has created and
implemented HR
policies, enriched
employee
relationship
management,
implemented training
projects,
performance
management and
others. She has
worked across
different teams and
departments to
assist in the
re-organization of
the company,
including staff
structure
optimization, team
development,
corporate culture,
training and
development etc.
In her nearly
15-year career, Judy
has worked in
different types of
European and
American companies.
Prior to joining
Saint-Gobain
Abrasives China,
Judy has nearly
seven years of R & D
center human
resources management
experience and has
experience in sales.
Starting from 2017,
Judy will also be
responsible for the
company’s Digital
Marketing related
projects.
In addition to the
above roles, Judy is
a trained Erickson
coach, working
towards to becoming
a certified
International Coach
Federation (ICF)
professional coach.
现任职于圣戈班磨料磨具中国,工作职责包含人力资源合作伙伴及中国区招聘经理,同时负责中国区人力资源相关项目,并担任企业内训师。
在人力资源专业领域,Judy曾为企业梳理并制定人力资源全模块的操作流程、拥有丰富的员工关系管理、培训项目实施、绩效管理等经验。曾配合公司成功完成组织结构重建、人员结构优化、团队凝聚力、企业文化宣传、人才培育与发展等项目
在近15年的职业生涯中,Judy曾服务于不同类型的欧美企业,在加入圣戈班磨料磨具中国之前,Judy有近7年的研发中心人力资源全模块管理经验,同时拥有销售领域的工作经验。
从2017年开始,Judy将跨界负责公司Digital
Marketing相关的项目。
除以上角色之外,Judy是埃里克森教练,励志成为国际教练联盟(ICF)认可的专业教练。
