About the Facilitator  讲师介绍:

Laurence Lau is a management consultant and executive coach with expertise in General Management, Marketing & Sales, International Business Operations, Information/ Knowledge Management and Organization Development especially for the fast pace complex value chains in the knowledge economy.

 

The professional experience of Laurence spans more than two decades of career with various global companies such as Philips (Senior Managers, Global Marketing & Sales and Business Operations), Carl Zeiss (Regional Director, SE Asia) and REHAU (HR Director & Business Partner, greater China & Asia Pacific) with managerial roles covering practically the entire value chain.

 

Through these roles and in-depth interaction with customers, Laurence has built up extensive knowledge for particularly the industries of consumer electronics, precision measurement & manufacturing, scientific instruments, automotive, prototyping (3D printing), retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, education as well as management consulting and talent solutions (high potentials assessment & development).

 

Laurence's consulting and coaching focus mainly on consulting areas for organization development, performance and effectiveness, talent supply chain & integration, HR system enhancement, employee engagement as well as executive coaching (leadership and business management.

 

Laurence obtained his Master of Engineering in Canada. He is currently a DBA candidate at the joint program by Grenoble Ecole de Management and School of Economics & Management, Tongji University, conducting doctoral degree research on “Talent Management in China”.
