在当今这个VUCA时代，有关领导力与管理职责的定义已然发生了巨大的变化。当今的管理者不仅仅需要知道如何高效的做好自己的工作，更需要了解如何教练/辅助/引导他人。
This workshop examines when and how to use coaching as a powerful management and leadership tool to engage people. It also uncovers the psychology behind why coaching is such an immensely valuable skill for understanding and motivating the individuals in a team to meet and exceed the goals they’re set. It provides key techniques for setting up and carrying out effective coaching for all managers.
本课程旨在帮助管理者去了解何时以及如何使用教练技术，去激励他人超越既定目标。同时也从心理学的角度阐述了为何教练技术十分重要，如何去理解他人。它为所有管理者建立和实施有效的教练提供了关键的技巧。
