Mindfulness is a skill, it is like developing ourmental muscles. It trains us to become more aware of our experiences. Rather than reacting to it impulsively, this awareness gives us more choices about how we relate to situations and people.

What is this Mindful Leadership Program™ ?

The Mindful Leadership™ Program was developed by Daniel Yeo. This program defer from traditional trainings, it is a transformational journey that teaches oneself how to develop self-awareness and shift our un-useful mindsets. This journey will equip you with eight excellence distinctions of a leader. The Mindful Leadership™ Program framework is inspired by several internationally renowned professional programs where Daniel is certified. These include but not limited to, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy from University of Oxford, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and elements ofexecutive coaching tools (International Coach Federation coaching competencies and coaching tools).

The Mindful Leadership Program™ consist of two parts of two days workshop seach. They are the “Practitioner” and Advanced Practitioner”. These workshops are highly interactive, funand experiential. The focus is on applying these skills in organizations.

The Mindful Leadership Program™ is a cumulative of Daniel’s years of experience in engaging middle and senior managers in multi-national companies. In this process, he applied tools such as mindfulness practice, Emotion Intelligence and executive coaching. He had conducted workshops and leadership programs in Germany, China, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Myanmar. Apart from becoming more successful, leaders will also be more compassionate. Thus creating a more positive and happy organizational culture.
