It involves the fluid and often complicated interaction between several internal and external stake holders.  Have you ever wonder why traditional sales training don't deliver what it promises to do? A useful shift in the behaviors and attitudes of sales professional are rarely observed and sustained after asales training program.

Daniel

Daniel is the Director (Asia Pacific) of CEQ Asia and founder of the Mindful Leadership™ Program and The Sales Warrior Program. Daniel has over a decade of experience in direct sales, business development, channel management and sales coaching in large scale project and medical devices and have worked with middle to senior executives from all over Asia and Europe in sustainable organizational (sales and leadership) performances.

Daniel CEQ Asia 的亚太区总监,也是正念领导力项目和销售战士项目的创始人。Daniel拥有十多年的直销、业务拓展、渠道管理和大型项目及医疗器械 销售教练经验,曾与来自亚洲和欧洲的中高级管理人员 合作,从事可持续 组织(销售和领导力)绩效工作。

 

Daniel is a well sought after international speaker, facilitator and executive coach on sustainable team and organizational performances. He was a keynote speaker on "Team Engagement & Agile Organization" at the invitation of Keppel Land China in Shanghai. Daniel also spoke on “Mindful Leadership” at Fudan University, School of Management in Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen and Hangzhou. In Germany, he spoke to a group of executives on Mindfulness & EQ and sustainable organization performance.

Certified by University of Oxford, Oxford Mindfulness Centre as a facilitator of Mindfulness program, Daniel is also an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and a founding member of the China Coach Federation (CCF). He currently serves as the Deputy Chair of Public Relation at the Asia Pacific Alliances of Coaches. He is also a speaker at the Institute of Adult Learning and a registered facilitator with the Singapore Ministry of Education.

As an International Coach Federation certified executive coach, Daniel specializes in EQ and Mindfulness leadership transformational coaching, sales mentoring and leadership workshops for private bankers, managers and C-suites executives. He is able to help his client apply EQ and Mindfulness practices and strategies in a business setting to enable individuals and leaders in organizations engage team and drive organizational performances.
