A large number of data have shown a downward trend in EQ of both global and Chinese people, meanwhile, the data also proves the success of people with high EQ in personal effectiveness. What is EQ leadership? High EQ leadership is not about being a yes-man/woman or a smooth talker. EQ leadership is more about accurately identifying and accepting the emotions of yourself and each other, treating emotions as a resource, and combining thinking and emotions to make the best decision. This EQ leadership workshop transforms EQ into 3 stages: knowing emotions, choosing emotions and transcending emotions, and eight competencies. Through an experiential workshop, participants will have a new understanding of EQ leadership and its associated competencies. Competency also means we have ways to help students improve it. Through this highly experiential and reflective workshop, how to develop two of the EQ competencies.
