INTRODUCTION 简介


The Huns had attacked China and looted our treasures, including a large amount of gold.  The Chinese Emperor has called on all Feudal Lords to venture to the Huns' lair, and reclaim our gold!
匈奴已入侵中原，掠夺中原财 宝，其中包括大量黄金。中原皇 帝已下令各个诸侯勤王，直捣匈 奴大本营，夺回中原黄金！

Each team represents the army of a Feudal Lord.  Each team will be allocated the relevant resources to make the journey to the Huns' lair, fight the Huns, and then grab their gold.  The goal for each team is to maximise the gold and return to base, alive!
每组将代表一位诸侯军队，并给 于相关资源跋涉大漠，直捣匈奴 营夺其金。每组的目的就是夺得 最多的金，并且活着回来！

Once the introduction is concluded, teams must work together to make decisions about tactics, resource management, direction and risk.
当介绍一完毕，团队必须一起合 作以制定关于战术，资源管理以 及方向和风险的关键决策。

Unlike most other indoor team-building workshops where you play the same games over and over again, this "Sun Tzu and the Treasures of the Huns" is a game where everybody gets to learn about achieving the team's goals in a fun, exciting and dramatic way.   
与其他室内团队培训课程的区别 在于 诸侯群起讨匈奴 体验式培训则能够让所有学员在 一个充满欢快、戏剧性及刺激的 环境学习如何大致团队的共同目 标。

Participants play in teams consisting of 5 or 6 people. Teams are provided with a mission and a challenge, given resources and information and then asked to make a variety of choices to develop and execute their plan. By making assumptions, decisions and choices, they develop a sense of ownership and involvement. Teams learn that they will have 20 days of 2 minutes each to manage their journey to the mine and back home to the starting point. They can choose from 3 paths with different risks, planning for weather changes and focusing on the optimal use of resources.
课程参与者以5-6人团队的形 式进行游戏。每个团队会接到一 个任务及一个挑战，在给定资源 以及信息的前提下，要求能作出 各种不同的选择以制定并实施他 们的计划。通过进行假设，决策 以及选择，培养他们的一种所有 感以及参与度。 每个团队有20天的时间，每人每天相等于2分钟的时间来处理他们的寻矿旅程。他们可以有三种路线的选择，每个路线的选择都要面对不同的风险，对天气变化的 计划以及充分有效的合理利用有 限的资源。

  • There are 18 days in the game.
    整个游戏共有 18 天时间；
  • The goal is to win as much gold value as you can, and optimise profits.
    目标就是尽可能地赢得最多的黄 金价值，并优化盈利
  • Calculations will be made on the profits per team and collectively for all teams
    我们将核算每一组的盈利，及所 有组的合计盈利
  • To win each gold, each team will have to “battle” with the Huns using dice.
    每一个团队需要以摇筛子的方式 与匈奴“作战”以赢得金子。每 个团队将有2个筛子，而匈奴则 3个筛子。
  • Should your team find that it has not planned well and you run out of supplies, you die 如果发现计划失败而导致所有物资消耗殆尽，你就死了
  • Should your team not arrive at the starting point on Day 18, you are considered to be collaborating with the Huns
    如果你到了第18天还没抵达起 点，你就被认为始于匈奴通敌
  • If you spent more money than the value of the Gold obtained, you fail
    如果你花的钱多过你获得的金子 的总值，你就失败了
