Edward is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and corporate management.  He has worked with major MNCs throughout Greater China and Asia Pacific with a range of industries including luxury automobile retail, environmental services (energy management), specialty chemicals, property development and telecommunications.  He is certified in a number of facilitator tools such as Hogan personality, MBTI, OPQ 32, Motivation Drive DISC and motivator, Six Seconds EQ leadership, Belbin team roles, Lego serious play, Culture at Workplace Questionnaire (CWQ), etc.

INTRODUCTION 简介 

Management drive is an assessment originated from Holland, and it is based on Karl. Jung’s research theory. Developed by psychologist, sociologist, consultant, and CW Kraves in the 1980s, it combines neuroscience, psychology, biology and sociology research for scientific testing to develop this assessment tool. 

管理驱动是源于 荷兰的一种测评工具,基于卡 尔,荣格的研究理论进行设计。 20世纪80年代由心理学家, 社会学家,顾问, CW 克雷夫斯开发, 结合了神经科学,心理学,生物及社会学的研究进行科学测试开发这个工具.。

Even though it is relatively new in China, it is a well-established instrument in Europe.  Currently, 450,000 people have done management-driven tests in 44 countries and regions. There are currently 27 languages.

尽管它在中国相 对较新,但在欧洲却是成熟的工 具。当前有450,000人在 44个国家和地区做了管理驱动 的测试,目前共有27种语言。

MD describes 6 different internal drives through 6 colors. In a matrix, personal internal drive, communication style and leadership style are presented. MD not only shows the individual's strengths, thinking style and energy flow in a normal state, but also helps individuals explore possible behaviors, potential hazards and potential under pressure. Develop your organization and your team based on/leveraged on people’s strengths, see each others’ differences as strengths/resources and use others’ strengths to compliment on another.

管理驱动通过6 个颜色描述了6种不同的内在驱 动。在一个矩阵呈现个人内在驱 动力,沟通方式及领导力风格 等。MD不仅展现个人在正常状 态下的优势,思维方式以及能量 流动,也帮助个人探索在压力下 可能出现的行为表现,潜在隐患 及个人潜能。在发展组织和人 时,把彼此的不一样看成一个资 源并聚焦在每一个的优势与扬长 避短。

Management Drives provides a common language that allows people to discuss behavior and use the power of the team and everyone. it differentiates from other evaluation tools, it also supports the overall scanning and analysis from the organizational level, and helps additional orgfaizational culture scanning and evaluation. Every step of the organization's development that meets the total color standard, although the steps in the theme development are important, the organization should deceide to give more or less attention according to the stage of its development. Each color represents a leadership style or organizational culture.

管理驱动提供了 一种语言,使人们可以讨论行为 并利用团队和每个人的力量。它 区别于其他测评工具,它也支持 从组织层面进行宏观整体的扫描 和分析,帮助额外的组织文化扫 描测评。每种颜色达标者组织发 展的一步,虽然组织发展中的所 有步骤都很重要,但组织应根据 自己发展所处的阶段,可以决定 给予更多和更少的关注。每种颜 色代表一种领导风格或组织文 化。
