c.j. is a certified coach with both the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF),and is accredited in various assessment tools such as the Cultural Navigator, TTI DISC, OD-Tools Motivation Questionnaire, Belbin Team Roles etc..  In 2021, c.j. co-authored the Sales Map sales proficiency assessment tool with OD-Tools.
