Dr. Pearl Lai

Dr. Pearl Lai is a professional expert in accelerating sales growth through coaching, training, sales operation system setup, and contact center setup in China.  She has more than 17 years of experience working with large MNC companies in Asia, especially China, and currently serves as a B2B sales director, consultant, and coach.  Pearl is a very result-driven professional.
Pearl 曾就职于戴尔(中国)计算机、英孚教育、伯乐人力资源管理咨询、毕马威管理咨询等公司,担任中国区销售总监和资深经理等管理职位。她是通过辅导、培训、销 售运营系统的建立以及在中国建立联络中心来加速销售 增长的专业专家。 她在亚洲特别是中国的大型跨国公司有超过17年的工作经验,目前担任B2B销售总监、顾问和教练。 Pearl 是一位非常注重结果的专业人士。

Pearl is very talented at combining experience and theory in her practice.  She completed a Doctorate of Business Administration (PhD) degree from Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2022 and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xiamen University.
Pearl 非常善于在实践中结合经验和理论。 她于2022年完成了新加坡管理大学(SMU)的工商管理博士学位,并拥有厦门大学的工商管理硕士(MBA)学位。

Pearl is fluent in Chinese and English and currently lives in Shanghai.  She enjoys tennis, diving, biking, and snowboarding and is also a rescue diver with PADI certification.
Pearl 能说流利的中文和英文,目前住在上海。 她喜欢打网球、潜水、骑自行车和滑雪,也是一名拥有 PADI证书的救援潜水员。
