·         Kim Giam, an experienced senior Human Resource professional with more than 20 years in broad-based regional HR management covering the Asia Pacific region. During her corporate career, Kim has coached and mentored her regional and country HR teams to develop their professional competencies and leadership capabilities. She has worked in China for close to 5 years with a MNC and has successfully developed a team of highly competent HR professionals.

·         C. J. Ng, is a trusted sales advisor who has helped international companies achieve quantum improvements in sales profits in China and beyond. Prior to being a sales advisor, coach and trainer, C.J. was Asia Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 logistics company, as well as Corporate Training Manager for Ringier AG, Switzerland's largest media group, in China. He is an effectively bilingual English & Mandarin business advisor who is a Founding Member of Professional Speakers' Association of China, which is affiliated with the International Federation for Professional Speakers (IFFPS).

·         John Antony, has 18 years of international management consulting experience in Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe. He works extensively with senior management teams on performance and growth challenges. John has conducted programs and seminars on human capital management as well as trained management teams on issues like leadership and managerial competencies. He coaches selected senior management to learn management skills and people management capabilities. He has worked in China with various organisations since 2000 focused on organisational and people development.
