Cathy 俞茵

 俞茵女士是高级培训师、资深咨询顾问,和职业心理学家。她是上海电视台《第一财经》频道《谁来一起午餐》的节目嘉宾,也是《OGGI今日风采》、《时尚健康》、《新前程》、《俏丽》等杂志职场专栏撰稿人。俞女士于1986年毕业于华东政法学院,2004年于华东师范大学获取应用心理学硕士学位。她是上海交通大学安泰管理学院的高级顾问,是海外教育学院心理学课程特聘教授,也是澳大利亚心理学家出版社MBTI性格类型认证施测顾问。

此次活动主题是通过性格、心理行为和心理指标来理解应聘者的行为。

The event focused on understanding interviewees’ behavior through various personality and psychological behaviors and indicators.

俞茵将会分享她多年来如何帮助人力资源职业人士有效筛选应聘者的经验。俞女士将探讨诸如简历筛选,高效倾听和分析应聘者书写体等技巧。在此互动环节中,她也将指导在场观众如何:

Catherine Yu will share her years of experience to help HR professionals screen and select candidates effectively. Ms. Yu will discuss techniques such as resume filtering, effective listening and handwriting analysis. In this interactive session, she will teach participants how to:

  • 掌握评估应聘者心理指标的技巧

   Learn the skills needed to evaluate interviewees’ psychological indicators

  • 理解个性结构、工作能力与工作绩效间的关系

    Understand the relationship between personality structure, work ability and     work performance

  • 掌握识别应聘者心理需求和价值观

    Grasp and identify interviewees’ psychological needs and values

About the Speaker:

Ms. Yu Yin (Catherine) is a senior trainer, consultant, and professional psychologist. She is a guest speaker for Shanghai Media Group's China Business Network program “No Free Lunch” and is a columnist for fashion magazines such as “OGGI”, “Trendhealth”, “XinQianCheng” and “Style”. Ms. Yu graduated from East China University of Politics and Law in 1986, and earned her master’s degree of applied psychology from East China Normal University in 2004. She is a senior consultant for Shanghai Jiaotong University, Antai College of Economics and Management and a part-time professor of psychology for the overseas school of education. Ms. Yu is also a CIPT professional trainer and a personality-type consultant for the Australian Psychologists Press MBTI.
