Andy在高级管理人员招募领域有着多年的工作经验。他曾在美国的一家职业管理服务机构工作,主要从事人力资本服务及资源的开发来协助职位候选人进行求职。

Andy被多家主要的在线出版物以及印刷出版物提及并相继报道,其中包括ExecuNet,上海日报,人力资源文摘,台湾104等。

Andy在人力资源,职业发展以及猎头方面有着多年丰富的经验。自2004年开始,他投身于大中华区职位搜索市场已达5年的时间。

Andy不权是柯氏认证的培训评估家也是领导力课程专家 - Blessing White Inc.的高级顾问。
