Dr. Shi Bisset: Founding Associate of Shi Bisset & Associates, an Organisational Development Consultancy which is specialised in Change, Behavioural Development and Cross-Global Issues. Dr. Bisset, is one of the foremost OD experts & Business Outcome Executive Coaches emerging out of the Asia-Pacific region. Shi has had over 20 years experiences in the Organisational Development field.  Before founding Shi Bisset & Associates, Shi was BASF & Virgin Atlantic Airway’s principal Organisational Development consultant in Japan & China respectively.  She was involved in designing & implementing 360° & other employee feedback instruments, performance appraisals, executive & behavioural coaching, career development workshops, retention workshops & other related, competency-linked training for middle & senior management.
　
Shi is on the Leadership Faculty (which includes designing programmes) for Dow Corning, Avon, Gesiecke & Devrient, BASF, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Colin Buchanan & Partners and others and serves as a long-term Organisation Development partner for over 150 multi-nationals globally. Her Leadership Faculty work for Dow Corning has won international acclaim as being the first such sustainable programme to have been grown in the East and adopted by the West.
