This workshop fills a need for managers by providing:
· A practical guide on how to get the most from a learning and development program both BEFORE and AFTER you send your people on it.
· The tools to assess the readiness of your programmes, to deliver valuable follow-through results.
· The Keys to understand why managers have a critical role to play in the ROI of Learning & Development initiatives.
