by Ira Cohen, VP Universal Ideas Consultant (万佳管理培训)
What is Business Driven Action
Learning?
"Action Learning (AL) is a form of
learning by doing"
Business Driven Action Learning is a
process for bringing together a
group of executives with varied
levels of responsibilities, skills
and experience to analyze an actual
work problem and develop an action
plan. It is a holistic process of
developing leadership and achieving
business results for the benefit of
the organization, the team and the
individual.
A comparative analysis of the
various forms of action learning
will be brought into the
conversation. Recommendations as to
which action learning format is best
suited for a variety of challenge
types will also be identified. If
