While a lot of companies in China are implementing Talent
Management programmes, not much is known about the
effectiveness and impact of such initiatives.
虽然中国有很多企业都在实施人才管理的计划，但究竟这些人才管理的方案能给企业带来怎样的绩效与震撼却无可估计。
It is as such that we have partnered with
LeadershipIQ to conduct the China's first survey
(as part of LeadershipIQ's Global Talent Management survey)
on Talent Management to find out if we have achieved
improvements in attracting, retaining and developing talent.
因此我们连同
LeadershipIQ
来进行中国首次全国的人才管理调研，以测量我们在招纳、留任、培育人才方面的进展。
We would also like to find out how our talents have helped
contributed to our business performance, and what can be
done to improve it.
我们也很想了解我们的人才到底给我们企业创造了多少绩效和业绩，并找寻提高人才绩效的方法。
Hence, may I ask your help in taking 20-30 minutes of
your time to participate in this survey, and also please
