我們會根據您的個人資料，包括姓名、電話號碼、手機號碼、電郵地址、通訊地址等，向您提供相關資訊，或將您的上述資料轉交校內相關部門，以提供適切的資訊。 |

未經您同意，本校不會將您的個人資料轉予其他機構或人士或作其他用途。 |

倘若您希望停止接收我們以上或某類別的資訊，請以電郵 (註明：《個人資料(私隱)條例》) 通知本校市務與傳訊部，並列明您已登記的姓名、聯絡電話及電郵地址，以便本校跟進。 |

Updates to Personal Information Collection

In light of the amendments to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the College has updated our arrangement of personal data collection as follows:

The College has been complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that clients’ personal data are kept securely and accurately.

To ensure that you are well informed of the latest news of the College, we will continue to provide you with information of programmes, activities and relevant information.

We will deliver such information to you by using your personal data including name, phone number, mobile number, email address, correspondence address, etc. We may also transfer your personal data within internal departments of the College for the above purpose.

We will not share your personal data to external parties or for other purposes without your prior consent.

If you would like to opt out from receiving any of the above information, please email to the Department of Marketing and Communications, specifying “Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance”. Please state your name, contact number and email address clearly for further arrangements.
