The function included:
- Rename Robot
- Robot answer database
- Trasfer chat to Robot
- Robot auto answer when the visitor request chat
- Stop Robot and chat with operators
- Auto turn-on Robot when the visitor overtime waiting
- Auto turn-on Robot when the visitor requesting overtime
- Filter keywords
- Fixed reply for repeated question
- Auto response text when the question cannot find in the database
- Robot chat when offline mode

This function is still in the Beta Test Version.
