Hope you have a very good beginning of 2015!

What is your plan for growth in the Year of Goat?  Are you really capitalising the opportunities in this MobileAGE.  I personally think WeChat is going to impact us so much in 2015 especially if you are targeting China market and Chinese Visitors to Hong Kong.  e-Commerce is going to become the mainstream shopping avenue for enterprises large and small as adoption rate is high in this generation together with the popularity of smartphones and larger display tablets with so High Definition.

My key question to you are:
  1. Can your products or services being shown in  front of your target customers' eyes on the most popular search engines (Google, Baidu, Yahoo) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, ...) on mobile devices with the right marketing messaging with a Digital PR plan?
  2. Are you showing your TV commercials on Facebook, Youtube, Youku, Tudou?
  3. Can your customers buy and pay for your products using the most popular payment method including Paypal, Alipay, UnionPay on mobile devices with ease?
  4. Are you setting up a customer service team to provide customer care for your customers to communicate with you using WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter...around the clock?
  5. Do you know your real plan to do Online-to-Offline (O2O) promotion using integrated strategy?

I congratulate you if you have answers to the these questions.  However, if you have not thought of the above, you are probably being left behind by your competitors.  In past few years, we have already helped a number of companies through our consulting service to do strategic planning to address these important questions. and we believe these questions are the most important ones that you should think hard in order to gain well in 2015 and beyond!!!
