三十會將於明日傍晚舉行「解開香港土地供應迷思」講座，請來炙手可熱的年青地理學人陳劍青主講，報名：events@30sgroup.org.hk.
The government has been attributing high land prices in Hong Kong to the shortage of immediate housing land supply.
Is that true? The latest book published by Land Justice Hong Kong
revealed that Hong Kong actually held plenty of the brownfield sites and
vacant government land, substantial area of land has also been
dedicated to military land use. According to the book, it is quite
possible that Hong Kong already possesses sufficient land to handle
future demands.
If it is not about supply, what is it about? The 30S Group invites
Mr. Chan Kim Ching (陳劍青), his colleagues Dr. Chow Sung Ming (鄒祟銘) and
Ms. Camille Lam (林芷筠) of the Land Justice Hong Kong to share with us
their views.

三十會座談：解開香港土地供應迷思
政府一直指樓價高企，原因在於土地供應不足。
本土研究社新出版的《不是土地供應：香港土地供應的迷思與真象》，卻指出香港有大量棕土、空置政府土地及軍營用地等「熟地」。三十會請來本土研究社青年學人陳劍青等成員，與大家一起討論「香港土地供應不足」的迷思。
講者簡介：
陳劍青，香港浸會大學地理學系哲學碩士，專研城市及區域規劃、市區重建、新界發展及本土可持續發展政治。現為香港批判地理學會、新界東北發展關注組及本土研究社成員，文章散見各大香港報章。現全力投入香港各土地社會運動，並時為市區重建策略及新界發展問題進行倡議工作。
