我們希望以「香港社會企業挑戰賽」啟動年輕人動動腦筋，試圖從資本主義那單純的「獲利」誘因以外，結合「技術與制度的創新」，創出具備雙贏且能持續發展的社會企業。 我們相信，縱使規模較小的生意，也能為社會帶來改革性的啟發。

例如一間生產及銷售電子產品的公司，貨品價廉物美，連長者及低收入人士也能負擔。這種營運模式，不僅令弱勢社群有權利享用科技產品帶來的樂趣，同時亦製造就業機會，促進社區鄰里和諧的關係。營商可以造福社會。大家一起來把企業融入社會（Making Enterprise Social），締造創新的社會企業模式。

Speaker Profile

Mr. Walter Leung (a.k.a. 阿水), CEO of buyhome.hk, is an alumni of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through buyhome.hk, Walter has successfully incorporate the social enterprise elements into his retail operations which strategically target the lower income group by providing affordable telecommunication products. Walter would share his experiences on he started from zero to having 8 outlets within 14 months, while improving the lives of many others along the way.
