In cooperation with Sopexa Hong Kong, Médoc Wine Council are pleased to organize the Médoc Wine Workshop. Médoc is situated in the north of Bordeaux and is well known among wine enthusiasts as the “kingdom of Cabernet Sauvignon”. Discover how climate, geography, grape varieties, vine growing and winemaking traditions have contributed to the unique characteristics of their famous red wines. There will be wines to represent the eight appellations and you will be guided through the techniques of tasting and appreciation of these wines.
