The ICTI CARE Process (ICP) is pleased to announce the launch of our 2010 ICP survey. The aim of this survey which now includes questions on the environment and capacity building is to learn more about your issues, challenges and initiatives as well as to build on last year’s wage and working hour’s benchmark. 
ICTI “关爱”程序(ICP)很高兴向大家宣布，2010年ICP问卷调查正式展开。问卷内容包括针对环境与能力培养的问题，希望籍着这次调查能更了解您们面对的任何议题、挑战和提议，同时也能以去年的工资工时为基准再加以改进。

Realizing the need for us to better understand the challenges that each of you face, we are requesting your feedback and comments on how to improve the ICP program content and its focus.
明白我们必需更加了解各位所面临的挑战，所以就如何改善ICP的内容及方向征求您们的反馈跟意见。
