We are proud to announce that 1st Issue of AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific Monthly Newsletter is launched on March 2016 onwards in order to strengthen our network and update regarding any AIESEC Alumni activities in Asia Pacific.  Besides, AIESEC Alumni can join the AIESEC Alumni activities in any parts of Asia Pacific as well as other regions.  If any AIESEC countries would like to share your AIESEC Alumni events to all Asia Pacific alumni, please feel free to send your activity details to me Ivan Chiu, President of AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific 2016-17 at email ivan.chiu@aaahk.com on / before the last day of each month.  We will issue the monthly newsletter on the first week of each month.  It is also great to receive more feedbacks from each country on the newsletter in order to enrich the content of the newsletter in the future.   

1) AlumNet Launched by AIESEC Alumni International (AAI)

In order to let all AIESEC Alumni in the globe re-connect again, AIESEC Alumni International developed a platform called Alumnet at http://alumnet.aiesec-alumni.org
Alumnet is the global AIESEC Alumni platform, where you can find old or new AIESEC friends with common interests, find events to attend and make business, career and life connections.  Please kindly start up your registration now.  Right now, we got over over 4500 users on AlumNet.  

2)  AIESEC Alumni International Congress 2016 in Poland

AIESEC Poland Alumni Association (SAAP) in co-operation with AIESEC Poland would like to invite you to the most important Alumnis Re-Union - AIESEC Alumni International Congress, which will take place in Poland, August 20-23, 2016. 3) International Start Up Meeting (ISUM) 2016 in Hanoi, Vietnam



International Start Up Meetings (ISUM) aims to bring together startups, professionals, business-owners, mentors and investors together an avenue to learn, network and eventually, find an opportunity to grow. From the launch in Paris and through other exciting destinations such as Vienna, Lima and Mexico, ISUM has been a platform for entrepreneurs from all over the world. This year, Vietnam is thrilled to host the second ISUM in Asia in Hanoi, Vietnam from May 28 to 29, 2016.   ISUM, spearheaded by international organization AIESEC Alumni, seeks not only to bring together the country’s most promising entrepreneurs, but also to maximize their potential as entrepreneurial leaders. The program includes a series of activities such as leadership seminars, roundtable discussions, workshops and some exciting start-up challenges, among other exciting events!   All this excitement, thankfully, isn’t just exclusive to up and coming entrepreneurs. ISUM welcomes every interested individual wanting to discover how they can contribute to the buzzing innovations for high impact businesses. So to people thinking about how to challenge the status quo, change the way we do things or perhaps those who are already making their ideas come to life, we want to learn more about these awesome ventures. 4) AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific Conference (AAAPC) 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand



AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific Conference 2016 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from October 7 to 9, 2016 with over 100 alumni from Asia Pacific countries.   In order to build up a strong and united AIESEC Asia Pacific in the future and to reconnect all of your old friends in AIESEC, please come and join us.  Forum, AIESEC Asia Pacific directions, collaration among Asia Pacific countries, AIESEC Alumni International Updates, parties, gala dinner, etc will be included in the agenda of the conference.  Please save the date and join us.  Please stay tuned for later updates and registration of the conference.

5) European Regional Alumni Conference & RhineCruise

After a 5 year "refreshing break" AIESEC Alumni Germany e.V. is organzing again organise a RhineCruise weekend in 2016. A varied program will be offered from Thursday, July 7^th, 2016 until Sunday, July 10^th, 2016.

Currently, the event welcomed delegates from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Kenya, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom and many more!  The 4 day European Regional Alumni Conference will be a platform for sharing experiences, discussions on interesting topics and for launching the new AAE program. Additional program includes keynote by the Kiron University, Wine tasting, the famous AAG RhineCruise and partying in a medieval castle atop the river.

6) AIESEC Alumni Hong Kong - AIESEC Friday on March 11, 2016

Come to the first AIESEC Friday gathering in year 2016! The event will be held on March 11, 2016 in ISONO Eatery & Bar, an elegant restaurant located in PMQ Central. Our AIESEC alumni friend Andy Savage will share an interesting topic on 'TOY ROBOT'!
 
Andy is an expert in the development of next generation robotic toys and he will give us an insight of innovative high tech toys connecting with mobile games.

7) AIESEC in Sri Lanka Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary on March 4, 2016


Founded in during the IC 1995, AIESEC in Sri Lanka is the only country to host a global AIESEC conference before being a member country of the AIESEC network. 
 
From that humble start, amidst challenging contexts including the devastating tsunami of December, 2004 and three decade long armed conflict, the organisation has grown over the year developing passionate young leaders striving towards making a positive impact on society. 
 
Currently, AIESEC in Sri Lanka is a very well recognised for youth leadership nationally and works with an array of national and local partners. In  2015, the six local committees and extensions of AIESEC in Sri Lanka enabled 871 incoming exchange, 96 outgoing exchanges and 774 Team Member/Leadership experiences. 
 
On March 4 at the Water's Edge Hotel,  members, alumni, partners and invitees will come together to celebrate the 20 year legacy of AIESEC in Sri Lanka. This would be first a first time when representatives from all 20+ generations of AIESECers will be coming together in one place for a grand celebration.  
 
Together with AIESEC in Sri Lanka, AIESEC Alumni Sri Lanka extend our spirit of celebration and gratitude to the AIESEC Asia Pacific family and the AIESEC network at large for the support and inspiration for our journey over the past 20 years.
